Patient information
This website is not a channel for protected health information. Please do not enter patient names, dates of birth or other health details in the quote form or by email. Delivery details involving patient information are handled through our service agreements with clients.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and quote requests are delivered to us by an email service. These providers process data only to run those services.
